Johnny spent more than fifty years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, a career that perfectly reflected who he was at his core. As the longtime owner of Sinclair’s, he poured his heart into creating a place where people felt at home. He loved people, loved entertaining, and had a gift for making everyone feel welcome. He was adored by so many, and his circle of friends and customers stretched throughout the entire community.

Johnny will be remembered for his generosity, warmth, and the extraordinary way he made people feel seen and valued. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the entire community that was fortunate to know him.

Ashley has been part of the Sinclair’s family for 14 years, working closely alongside our founder, Johnny Sullivan, and helping create the experience our guests know and love.In the days surrounding Johnny’s passing, Ashley and our team have shown incredible strength and dedication in continuing his legacy.
